During testing of a mission, I was able to take supplies from a supplyhub in a FARP, deliver them to another to construct it, and return. On returning I respawned in the FARP but no longer had the supplyhub option in the F-10 comms menu.

This might be related to the way events are wired.
It event seemed some methods weren't wired correctly anyway.
Have updated that but needs testing and verification.
the Commands should now be updated more eagerly after a supplyhub event (enter/exit/spawn) which should help with keeping things up to date.

Need to investigate what is causing this, before a fix can be identified.
