As of version 0.13.0 all BLUESAM logistics missions reference building a SAM-site and have a default briefing referencing the task to build a SAM-site (regardless of what we have actually added to the BLUESAM logistics mission).

As a stopgap before a fully fledged logistics system, it would be great to be able to set the mission name and briefing for logistics missions created using the BLUESAM system.
